When will my order be shipped out?
We ship every Monday via USPS. During holiday seasons, we may ship more frequently throughout the week to stay on top of all orders.
We only ship in the United States!
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are estimated to arrive 2-4 weeks after purchase.
How is my order shipped?
All of our products are shipped through USPS in the USA and most countries via USPS.
Your items may be shipped separately, depending on the item ordered. If its a signed poster print, it will be shipped in a tube and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Shipping Prices?
All of our products does not include shipping costs until checkout. Please be mindful of additional costs that may occur after purchase of items from El Taller Fuentes Shop.
Shipping prices are determined by standard USPS rates.
However, free shipping if your order is over $50! Just apply code FREESHIP50
I live in El Paso, can I pick up my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Paypal.
What happens if my order was: damaged, lost/stolen in transit, missing item in order, or order is incorrect?
If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit, missing items in order, or your order is incorrect, simply send an email to eltallerfuentes@gmail.com with the email titled as the following:
Damaged Order: Order #00000 | Lost/Stolen Order: Order #00000
Incorrect Order: Order #00000 | Missing Item in Order: Order #00000
For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference with the confirmation order sheet in the email. In the event of receiving incorrect or damaged items, the shop must be contacted within 30 days of order placed in order to exchange the item.
What is your return/refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns, and exchanges at this time since we are just starting our tiny business, but feel free to contact us for any issues and we'd be happy to help you out!
